Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. Outside of hotel there are lots of restaurants and bars.you will feel like at home. - The room was big and really nice. It was bright green! :) Generally, everything was ok - clean room, friendly girl taking care of the hotel.
