The owner, Nader, is really helpful and good person, you can ask him any question and he will save you! The location of this hotel is really very comfortable: you can reach any place you want in Rome by walking, by metro or buses. Also there's a good supermarket De Spar at the Termini station.

  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. The coffee machine is not the best, ask for a proper one from the two ladies always attending the breakfast. - We found the staff very friendly and eager to oblige and made us feel very comfortable. We really appreciated little extras like free help yourself coffee and tea facilities any time of the day, which was great after a day out walking to come back and relax with a nice coffee, tea or juice. Floris was kept very clean and it is an extremely fresh looking hotel. Which occupies one floor of the building.   De jongen die de hotel runde was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam.Een koelkastje op de kamer, waar je eventueel je drinken (voor in de zomer erg handig) kan koud zetten/ boodschappen. Er mag in de omschrijving vermeld worden dat er een dvd op de kamer is, misschien een tip voor andere hotelbezoekers om een dvdtje mee te nemen (al heb je daar weinig tij... wat mensen zeggen » d voor) zijn wel aanwezig maar niet in de nederlandse taal - Perfecte ligging op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden. Alles is keurig schoon. Prima alternatief voor een Hotel.

  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.
