we arrived late and only stayed for one night before moving to Lucca.
It was clean and very close tot he rail station (which is why we booked it) so it was easy to catch the train the next day.
The kitchen was adequate for making a hot drink and a light breakfast
You cannot use the cooker but that didnt bother us ---we only wanted it for one nigh

Location to the train station was great and very easy to find. Room was big and bed was comfy. Cheap restaurants and cafes nearby. Wifi worked well. For one night it was perfect for us.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the owner is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, the owner bought me an alarm clock because my phone broke down on the trip and I was to take a train early the other day. Very well located, the hotel has a kitchen and is a very clean place. I highly recommend it because I had a great time there.

Marco Baldacci (manager) was excellent: I had to check in late due to flight arrival time and he waited up, let me in and made me welcome. The apartment has everything you need (shared kitchen, shared bathrooms, shared dining room with internet point), and is clean and pleasant. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean, the room and the kitchen were well equipped. It is located in a quiet street very close to the railway station and to the main sights too.The house has a nice garden with beautiful plants. We could have a very good time at this place.
