  Location - The staff were very helpful. Our room was reasonable in size. Our rate did not include a breakfast but other hotels similarly priced did include a breakfast. It was a good location.

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

  This hotel is very unique. I believe it used to be another type of building & is attached to some others. It is right near the heart of the cathedrals & shopping district. My friend & I had made our reservations just a day before we came since we had arrived in Venice after a cruise & stayed there 1 night. It has an excellent breakfast (small but tasty - Hotel La Venere gets the most points for its prime location - literally a three-minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel room was clean and very quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very polite and kind (although their English was quite poor, which made communication a bit hard at times). I would definitely stay here again, mainly due to the ease of getting to/from Florence's main attractions.

  Lokalizacja - Perfect location! Right next to the duomo. It was always easy to find our hotel when out and about, you just look for the dome. We had a large beautiful bathroom, unlike many European hotels. The beds were comfy too. The buffet breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices. It was a great choice for us and good value for the money... co mówią ludzie » . The air conditioner worked well and so did the elevator. - It is very beutiful, perfect place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Actually, Firenze the best town in Italy, and Duomo hotel the best one there. We came before check/in time, but the room we`ve got immediatly. Thank you. We really have enjoyed to stay. Next time I`m going to stay here again.
