Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

Hotel La Venere gets the most points for its prime location - literally a three-minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel room was clean and very quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very polite and kind (although their English was quite poor, which made communication a bit hard at times). I would definitely stay here again, mainly due to the ease of getting to/from Florence's main attractions.

The staff is extremely helpful. The Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room with original painted on ceiling. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. Actually, Firenze the best town in Italy, and Duomo hotel the best one there. We came before check/in time, but the room we`ve got immediatly. Thank you. We really have enjoyed to stay. Next time I`m going to stay here again.
