  Alina, who runs the hotel is probably one of the nicest people that I have ever met. She was always smiling and ready to help you with any questions or recommendations. What a sweetheart, she made our stay a wonderful experience. We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view. Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful. Food : Breakfast is ok.

We - I picked this place because it had a backyard where you are served your breakfast's and you can just sit out their after a full day of walking! The room was comfortable and very large bathroom with a tub and shower and glass enclosure.

  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.

  Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from the day's heat. Monica was terrific. - Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses.
