  Alina, who runs the hotel is probably one of the nicest people that I have ever met. She was always smiling and ready to help you with any questions or recommendations. What a sweetheart, she made our stay a wonderful experience. The room was everything that I hoped it would be: the bed is very comfortable, the noise from outside is minimal, there... wat mensen zeggen » is a full excellent bath (even a bathtub!) and the room temp was always just right. Every evening after spending the day running around Venice I was - Excellent Hotel with great rooms and interior. Location : 15 Minutes walking from Railway station but hotel very close to waterbus station Rooms : Clean , modern and very new room with all accessories. Wifi included. We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view. Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful. Food : Breakfast is ok.

  Location, location, location. No luggage, walk from plle Roma or train station. Got luggage, take a water bus or come straight from the airport by water bus. All stops are close by. Maria Teresa (one of two sisters who operate the B&B) was so warm and welcoming. The décor was "so Venice", warm and charming. The entire fac - This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful. Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if you take the Vaporetta to S. Marcuola (the Casino stop) You just walk through to the main street then left and watch for the numbers. There is a small brass plate with the name. Depending on your room the wireless might be

We - I picked this place because it had a backyard where you are served your breakfast's and you can just sit out their after a full day of walking! Our room was on the main floor, which we were next to the canal. It was a great location to walking to every where. The Casino was very close, lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very large bathroom with a tub and shower and glass enclosure.

  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . In the morning made Breakfast pastries... wat mensen zeggen » , jams, bread, wonderful coffee!!! Bath with a new bathroom. Because this apartment , resort tax do not pay. I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.

Very quiet, good sleep after busy day. Clean and safe area. Sergio (owner) and his wife very friendly, gave us good tips on visit. Cleaned every day.If you like big breakfast, then you can always - This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing.   Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice, cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly recommend Ca'Spezier.... wat mensen zeggen » It is clean, comfortable, and a great value. Monica was terrific. - Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.
