An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central.   The owners are very nice and helpful as we had a little problem with late check-in. Room is very modern and clean. Location is good. It's near to train station. There is no breakfast in hotel but they gave us a coupon to have breakfast in cafe. It's such a good idea as we experienced Italy breakfast style. Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

The view from balcony is onto another block of flats and not the tow - This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help.   Giulia, the lady who runs the place is very warm and friendly and willing to help with booking anything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, with that little B and B charm.
