  The staff was lovely. The hotel was beautifully kept and the rooms spotless. The rooms also had a modern security system and all modern amenities. The location is fabulous. My view was of the Duomo. And you step outside and turn to your left and you are in the plaza of the Duomo. It's a five minute walk to the Academia and five to the Uffizzi. If I ever make it back to Florence I would be sure to stay there again! - The best feature is the location! You walk out the door and BAM! there's the Duomo. Waking up to the bells was an experience I will never forget. Also, it is an easy walk from the train station as well as to the major Florence attractions. It made walking around in the cool evening enjoying the city very convenient. The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful place to stay!!!

  Lokalizacja - Perfect location! Right next to the duomo. It was always easy to find our hotel when out and about, you just look for the dome. We had a large beautiful bathroom, unlike many European hotels. The beds were comfy too. The buffet breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices.
