THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

Great location. Can walk everywhere you need to go. Hotel is on second floor of pretty non-descript building on fun street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to all major sites. Owner and family and staff could not have been more congenial, and helpful, which always balances a hotel which is a bit less than elegant. The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.
