  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Fantastic shower and bathroom. The location for us was perfect as we were back in Rome for a few days to visit the colleusem and this hotel is a short walk from there. Close to the metro too so easy access to Roma termini and other parts of the city. Via merulana we found had some great food options - especially if you walk a few blocks. Keep walk
