  The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are sparse but we didnot spend our time there, we spent most of our time walking about Rome.However, the room was very clean and neat and the breakfast buffet wasvery nice. While they are far from most of the sites, they are veryclose to the metro so getting around is quite easy.   Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Chroma Dyo is perfectly located place if you want to explore Rome. Our room was with view on Piazza di Porta San Giovanni and to the Colosseum we had not more than 10 minutes walk. Near are several great restaurants such as Ristorante Da Michele also on Via Merulana and a well-stocked local shops and markets for ex. Spare. Fantastic shower and bathroom. The location for us was perfect as we were back in Rome for a few days to visit the colleusem and this hotel is a short walk from there. Close to the metro too so easy access to Roma termini and other parts of the city. Via merulana we found had some great food options - especially if you walk a few blocks. Keep walk
