  We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough. Also close to the walls for access to parking, and access, etc. Excellent help from the owners/staff, who spoke really good English. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless.
