  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... co mówią ludzie » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rome (15 minutes walk to Termini, 5 minutes walk to Manzoni or Vittorio Emanuele subway stations). Actually, we have not used subway or buses to get to any main attractions. The hotel is located on the first floor of res - The owner Max is just a straight up nice guy, always providing great service and recommendations, to the point of making dinner reservations for us. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!
