The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.

Loved location as well! Close to many shops (u should burgain there twice lower price),fine restaurants and money changers (be careful! They chit a lot! Recheck money when u leave!). New hotel complex indonesia owned, we stayed in room 127 which is one of three closest ground floor rooms and directly outside is the food area and swimming pool, no walking across the complex for amenities. Good TV channels but WiFi is week. All room provate phone calls are charged, even if you do not connect to your phone number.

I love the atmosphere of the place and definitely love the room and the cleanliness. Food in the cafe was great and we were lucky to meet two adorable furry pups who were staying in the hotel lobby as well. Less than 5 minutes away from Seminyak beach and 5-10 minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Peaceful and romantic I must say.

Service is great here. We saw, I think, all the hotels nearby, and in Benoa. But this one is really best you can get in Bali for those money. Sure it's no hilton, but it's comfortable, clean and has authentic spirit. And the bar serves delicious food. I recommend to book super delux room, 'cause they are more quiet. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and the outside Balinese-styled bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is set on a busy main road however all the rooms and swimming pool are set back and surprising quiet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
