The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, though some were a bit slow in understanding.
The pool was great too.
Location is great if you want to visit Prambanan and Borobudur.
Food in the restaurant was good and very cheap too. Only expensive thing is the wine! 90 euros for a simple bottle of Australian wine.... -

- The best service I have ever experienced, truly so. One of the best hotels in general. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed the efficiency of the staff and all the facilities. The size of the room was excellent, I was upgraded at a small cost, but it was well worth it. I would happily go back when in Jakarta.

My luxuriously outfitted room had a superbly comfortable bed that I didn't want to get out off and a lovely modern decor. The bathroom was huge, clean and very nice.
I also encountered great service from all staff, ranging from front desk to restaurant service staff to spa therapists.

The friendliness of the front door staff - very welcoming. The restaurant/coffee house staff were exceedingly accommodative to our requests. The interior decor through out the hotel are pleasing to the eyes with warm colours. The breakfast is excellent - we thought it was one of the best hotel breakfast that we've had. The nice smell as you enter the hotel.

This is a very nice, old and atmospheric hotel. Almost like walking in a museum, we liked it a lot. The breakfast is the best we ever had in a Indonesian hotel, with lots of Western and Asian food, including a "jamu" woman for traditional medicine.
Rooms are not as modern as in a new hotel, but they are kept clean and beds are comfortable.
Location it is about 1 km from railway station. Cheap Airport bus stops next door. There is a minimart nearby.
Highly recommended!

We are satisfied with the rooms and the foods provided for breakfast.

design...despite non replying our email to arrange for the airport
transfer but they rectify it by arranging a free shuttle to our second
