A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city.
The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present.
The swimming pool is nice and offers a panoramic view

Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

I am very satisfied with this hotel with good facilities spa, fitness
and swimming too. I n my family especially my girls really enjoy the well-
prepared breakfast and swimming too. The receptionist's is so
kindful n professional n polite too. The room is big n comfort with

Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close
to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the
bathroom is big, the shower is big. The facilities are good. The
breakfast buffet is excellent - lot of choices, I enjoy it very much.

the shopping mall attached to the hotel make it convenient to do last

This hotel is located at the same building as the Cambridge Mall. This is convenient to traveller as foods and supermarket is just next door.

Great service! Very nice, tidy room and not a morning went bye when it wasn't cleaned. Good enough location however a few taxi's didn't know what hotel we were talking about without showing them the address. Not a massive deal though. Wifi good, tv and selection of stations good.
