First of all, Kupu Kupu Jimbaran location is perfect. If you can wake up early, you can listen very nice birds. Quite, comfort rooms, kind team and excellent massage times. They are very flexible, and i am sure you will find all answers regarding of a Balinesian tours. Especially, we want to send our grateful thanks to the hotel manager Thibaud Odeyer.
Quiet hotel great rooms
Good location near the airport and just 10 minutes away from the beach with all the seafood restaurants and white sand. Good sushi restaurant inside the hotel. Staff very friendly.
On the beach club they only allowed us to use a beach towel after we had lunch there. Prices are a bit high.
The service was immaculate and staff were very attentive to every needs. Though most of the time we didn't opt for housekeeping, they ensured that we have what we need (towels, robes, water and etc). The daily spa was great and refreshing. They fixed a standing appointment every day and we could change it a day in advance if we want to. Food at the hotel was really good. Both Chocolate Cafe and Grocer & Grind served very good food for the price. We spent a few nights dining at the hotel and were not disappointed. Oh the daily breakfast was satisfying too! View at the beach club was great and I love chilling by beach. Buggy rides were provided to head over and it's just a short walk away so most of the times we would take a stroll back to the hotel.
Probably just the creaking of the wooden floor in the room and how certain planks sink in when we walked past.
Отель очень очень хороший! Останавливались там на 9 дней. Бронировали предложение:питание завтрак и ужин, ежедневный 60 мин массаж на двоих, апгрейд. У нас был двухэтажный сьют. Потрясающий дизайн и размеры - 80 кв.м! Бассейн инфинити... Но самое главное-это персонал, очень вежливый и заботливый, создающий атмосферу полного релакса! Кухня отличная! Больше всего понравились ужины в Cafe Chocolate. Пляж в 3 минутах, чистый. На пляже Beach Club с шезлонгами и беседками. Спа тоже отличный! Всем рекомендую! Особенно для спокойного отдыха!
Не очень понравился сам район Джимбаран. С одной стороны очень удобно расположен недалеко от аэропорта, хороший широкий пляж, особенно отрезок между отелями Four Seasons и Intercontinental, но инфраструктуры никакой....За всеми развлечениями в Нуса Дуа или Куту.
Kupu Kupu is one the best place we have been in Bali, actually the best as everything was nicely prepared for occidental tourists. Breakfast and food overall was delicious. The access to the beach is a huge plus, one of the few clean beaches we saw in the whole trip.
Only the price of the food was a bit high in comparison with other hotels of same range. The massage and spa was european prices.
The pool was great, the staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was large and tasty, included afternoon tea was a bonus too. Don't let the "over a shopping centre" bit confuse you, it's all seamless and tasteful - plus convenient for food and drink choices. Our deal included massages which were amazing!! Would recommend!
The lighting, while setting a mood, wasn't overly practical. There was construction next door during the day but you get that in Bali.
I like this hotel as they maintained the nature as far as possible. The staff were very friendly, helpful and proactive. They have the big smile made us felt good. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast given usia range of choices. The coffee was great. I will come back again.
The swimming pool a bit small and narrow.
The hotel upgrade our room, really appreciated. They also offered us to move to another room when our neighbour have a party. Thanks a lot!!
The hotel is very nice designed. Huge rooms with great bathroom. Food in the hotel restaurant is very good, we recommend to have breakfast here and not at the beach club (where it was quite dissapointing). Very friendly and attentive staff, they give you the feeling to be the most important guest. The free shuttle to the Shoppingmall in Kuta was a nice extra.
Service and quality of food in the beach club were quite bad and did absolutly not fit to the very positive experience of the hotel itself.
It truly is luxurious, the rooms are spacious and designed well. The staff, particularly in reception and doorman were wonderful and it was certainly a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. The afternoon treats in the room were well appreciated.
The wait staff in the resorts restaurant where breakfast and afternoon tea were being served, were friendly only after realising I was a guest .

We get upgraded room, cake and 2 glasses of sparkling wine for our honeymoon Private sands beach with sunbeds, towels, wc and shower Close to restarants on the beach with live lobsters, crabs, prawns and others.
The friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was great, despite having alacarte it was also possible to order other things from the breakfast menu. Also the usage of Jimbaran beach club was great to relax.
The staff are just wonderful, very lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The beach club was great, but shame the menu was more European than Balinese in cuisine. The beach cafes are nearby and the buggy was always ready to drop us off or pick up. Being on top of the shopping centre is not as strange as it sounds. We were there for a wedding just for the weekend and had a lovely stay.
No pool bar! But could have ordered room service if we wanted.
Beautiful rooms, nice big shower and bath, yummy complimentary treats left in room each day, comfy beds, free buggy to beach.
Not much really, balcony of room needed a bit of a spring clean, a few tiles were broken, no ashtray. No towels readily available in pool area. The Beach Club is a different story.....I won't review it on here as the hotel itself was lovely.

The price (although we got a last minute bargain). The room was clean and really big. The staff were very friendly and the beach club was lovely. The afternoon tea was a really nice touch and the breakfast was the nicest we had all week!
