Stay there for 1 night in the deluxe room. Hotel was great, although building looks very old but interior looks modern & sophisticated. Room was nice, Big screen TV, big and comfy bed, bathroom was excellent. I left my jewelry in the bathroom and realized it after checked out, but front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. A Luxury hotel with an excellent service. The room was spacious and greatly organised. Breakfast was amazing. The gym was fantastic. Very nice pool. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. It had a wall-to-wall couch at one end and a writing desk. Bathroom was also big. It had a separate tub and rain shower. Free wifi access anywhere in the hotel was a big plus. Se

A great hotel with all facilities,quality of breakfast is absolutely
great,we enjoyed every morning the breakfast time... A great
design...despite non replying our email to arrange for the airport
transfer but they rectify it by arranging a free shuttle to our second
hotel in Jakarta.High quality of services (we tried the laundry it was
with perfect cleaness and their massage is also professional) we would
highly recommend this hotel in Jakarta..it offers very high standard
of services.

I like the Head of F&B character Mr Jimmy S solved the problem when I have a small matter with his staff. He said sorry to us and explained why it happened. I accepted his explanation because this is a human being. The Management of Mercure JKT Simatupang must give him appreciation. -
