First of all, it is a budget-friendly 3 star hotel so we did not expect a 5 star hotel experience staying here. So my honest and humble review will be based on my expectation and experience of a budget 3 star hotel. It’s a very comfortable, new, modern and clean hotel for its price and location. The standard / deluxe room is very spacious at 24 sqm. I checked their suite room which is even bigger at 40 sqm. Excellent staff service. Free, fast and reliable in-room wifi internet connection. Mee.
wszystkie opinie » A very pleasant & comfortable stay, Safe, Quiet yet a mere 10mins walking distance to Ambassador Mall, itc Mall and the new Lotte World Mall. Conveniently located adjacent to the hotel are 2 Convenience stores: Indomaret & CircleK. And along the same street of the hotel are rows of local eatery shops including Nasi Padang restaurant. Also nearby is a Shuttle Van Service for Jakarta to Bandung which is so convenient. Good location, very comfortable rooms. excellent value for money but what i learned there is a special deal only until end of August, after that it will get little more expensive than other locations with comparable standard so I am unlikely to go there again as for that price then you can get place with swimming pool and much better breakfast. Very nice hotel, much much nicer than what you would expect for this price. Really comfortable, modern, very clean, great and helpful staff with good knowledge of English, very nice rooftop terrace for breakfast, impeccable strong wifi connection in the rooms and all over the hotel. I was very satisfied and would return again. I stayed ther for 4 days, during that time i felt the hotel services was excelent. The room is always clean and tidy, brekfast was good, and the most important feature it located only a steps to Jakarta business center. The price they offer is very reasonable for all of that features. Very friendly staff, extra child bed provided after a very late check in (had been asked for previously). Good sized rooms and very clean. More hangers could be provided. Good breakfast selection and cooked eggs readily provided on request. Breakfast variety, Free fast speed wifi, proximity to Jakarta business district, curteous staff, complimentary use of meeting room, free complete cable TV package and fast check-out procedure. The hotel has full facilities. Wifi internet is strong signal and fast. Breakfast is good, and variety. There are 2nos convenience stores (similar to 7-11) located just next door. The best part is te wifi network. Breakfast should improve. Not much choices. Helpfull staff. Ez to find food, just walking distance. Overall i really enjoy staying at avissa. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the location was convenient and the staff were helpful (the ones that could speak English). The staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and central to some of the shopping centres. Quiet. Staff were always helpful, good location, wifi speed was good. Great, hot local breakfast served (soup, rice, noodles etc). Quite new facility. Bathroom shower knobs were wobbly, Water pressure inconsistent, Water outlet drainage was slow. Poor breakfast, no swimming pool, NO decent restaurants warungs or even kaki lima within walking distance. Not much information about the hotel in the room or reception and no tourist info for Jakarta and area. Unwillingness to arrange my pick up from the airport. I only stay for 1 day. No bad comment. Avissa provide saving box and i really want to use it, but it didnt work. And i already ask at the first night to b fix. But it didnt happen until i check out 3 night after. Not so good area for walking around in. You need to take Taxi to everywhere. The toilet was too small and too dimly lighted. The room lighting could also do with some improvements. Breakfast. breakfast menu is not variative and not really nice taste. lack of information of the area, no maps of the area or local tourist attractions. perhaps a shuttle service to close by shops. towels were small and worn. Limited in facilities: No mini bar or alcohol served on the premise. A very limited restaurant. Gym wasn't very good, breakfast selection could be bigger,. Bathroom was not so clean, breakfast was nice for local dishes, but not so many space. Difficult to call taxi, so better chance of get taxi outside the hotel. The some of the staff was not helpfull and difficult. Problems getting taxi from and to hotel.
