  We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. - The facilities and staff were wonderful! Only a short walk into the heart of Kuta.

  The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent. Close to all amenities of Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall, but yet far away enough (walking distan... co mówią ludzie » ce) that you feel isolated and almost at a private villa. On the brick footpath to Kuta, vendors are very conveniently located on each side trying to - Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast looking onto the beach.

  First of all the hotel staff service and facilities was excellent. Very well organized. - Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful gardens. It is so lovely towatch the sea waves at sunset time. Reality is much better thanpictures on the net.

Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. Everything was excellent! - This place was a 10 out 10. My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad. I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect! All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )

  The staff were very friendly & helpful. The kitchen & bath had everything needed & working, and the ironing board was available on request. The bathtub & open air shower was lovely, and the hot water was constant. The pool was also great, quite clean. Garden was well kept.
