  Everything about the hotel was good to excellent but the front desk staff, Irini and Toula were outstanding. They were very friendly and provided helpful info on how to best spend our siteseeing time on Crete and in Heraklion. - Got an upgrade to a great room on the 5th floor...very comfortable, quiet, well designed, huge bathroom...   Friendly hotel staff. Very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped room. Excellent position, only few hundred meters from the city center and easy to reach from the national road. - we loved everything. Pool looked and was fantastic. I'm surprised it was only 2 stars. - I only stayed overnight for an early morning flight the next day so didn't use it as a holiday base, but I liked the quiet, convenient location.
