  This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night.   Everything about the hotel was good to excellent but the front desk staff, Irini and Toula were outstanding. They were very friendly and provided helpful info on how to best spend our siteseeing time on Crete and in Heraklion. - Got an upgrade to a great room on the 5th floor...very comfortable, quiet, well designed, huge bathroom...   We stayed in a triple room including aircon which worked well. Room was large enough for 3 people and also included a large balcony with table setting. The hotel is well located to the main ferry port connecting crete to other islands in the cyclades (port is at the end of the street). Wifi connection worked well in our room at the very corner of the hotel on the - One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I'm a business traveler who spends about 200 nights a year in hotel around the world). The staffs were amazing. A special thanks goes to Miltos for all his help with finding good restaurants. I'd love to come back to his hotel at some other time. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
