  The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous". The facilities were so comfortable, with 2 balconies, one overlooking the river. The food and hospitality were just right.
