We traveled with our little child. We were checked-in the hotel very late at night, and the stuff was very kind and very helpful. The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city, in Old Tbilisi. It takes 10 minutes to go up from the main street. The room is rather sapcious, equipped with hair-drier,iron and iron-board. In case of rain you`ll be kindly offered an umbrella. The breakfast is good and tasty, it can be served at what time you`ll ask. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel that is very nice, friendly and sincerely eager to help!

This is a modern design hotel built on a historic site. They even have a little 'museum' of artefacts found on site.
It's a superb safe (but quirky) option for those worried about conditions in Georgia.

The hospitality was excellent, excellent service delivery by receptionist and the manager. The manager was exceptionally nice and provided so much assistance. I didn't know my way round nor understood the language but the hotel staffs and managers were always exceptionally helpful -

The staff was fantastic.Th door man negociated best prices with the taxidrivers. The reception open doors in the bank when the bankomat didn´t give me the money. The restaurant served breakfast at 2.30 when I have to go to the airport. A service I never got before.
They were nice, friendly and service minded in all situations.

The hotel is perfect! Friendly and helpful staff, stunning view from the restaurant on the roof terrace (reserve a table beforehand, the restaurant is always full in the evenings, 10% discount for the hotel guests), convenient location for sightseeing, clean and cosy room with a small balcony and nice city view.
