  We traveled with our little child. We were checked-in the hotel very late at night, and the stuff was very kind and very helpful. Despite it was in the middle of the night the receptionist called a guy to help us with the luggage. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, and including all we needed. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. - The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city, in Old Tbilisi. It takes 10 minutes to go up from the main street. The room is rather sapcious, equipped with hair-drier,iron and iron-board. In case of rain you`ll be kindly offered an umbrella. The breakfast is good and tasty, it can be served at what time you`ll ask. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel that is very nice, friendly and sincerely eager to help!

  When I walked through the door I thought 'wow!' This is a modern design hotel built on a historic site. They even have a little 'museum' of artefacts found on site. It's a superb safe (but quirky) option for those worried about conditions in Georgia. The hotel is on the edge of the lovely, but 'Disneyfied' tourist area in the south of the city and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the main attractions are within walking distance. It is about 30m up a very steep hill, so unfortunately not for those with mobility problems, but no - The food at Citadel Narikala was amazing. The portions were right on par with other places in the city and the quality was just as good, if not better. The staff at the hotel (both front desk & restaurant) were welcoming, nice and very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered and don't want the big chain feel of other hotels in Tbilisi.

The hotel is located at the foot of a hill which has great views to the city (views from the rooms and views from the breakfast area, which even has a fantastic patio). It's a short 10 minute walk down-hill to a main avenue (Rustavelli), which offers many local restaurants, cafes and shopping options.   Good little hotel right in the centre of Tbilisi very near to Freedom Square in walking distance of many city attractions and business locations.   The hospitality was excellent, excellent service delivery by receptionist and the manager. The manager was exceptionally nice and provided so much assistance. I didn't know my way round nor understood the language but the hotel staffs and managers were always exceptionally helpful - cuisine, view to the old city, excellent portier service

  We were a group of Armenians from Canada and Armenia. We liked Kopala’s location in Havlabari. Havlabari, has the old Tbilisi flavour. It has top of the hill view, narrow streets, old houses that have wood-embroidered balconies.
