  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water.
