  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable.   We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The room was amazing and the view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent! This hotel exceeded our expectations and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » made our trip very enjoyable. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the hotel was immaculate. We will definitely return. - The bed was fantastic. Very comfy all round! The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water. The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English. The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.
