  The hotel staff were always very friendly, helpful & professional. The view from the room ( 19th floor in my case ) was splendid, over the harbour and the sea beyond.   The room was quite simple, but comfortable, included a small fridge! SPA was excellent, we enjoyed it twice - in the evening and early in the morning!
