  Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous.   This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.

  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  cicho, spokojnie, mało gości - It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We had a problem with the fridge in our room and within 5 minutes a new fridge was being put in! Also the service in the restaurant and bar was impeccable. I cant fault anything about this hotel.

Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
