  This is a family hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got a bottle of wine to take away and a 10% discount for cash. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and Trogir is a super little town. - Very kind, multilanguage staff. Nice and clean rooms. Tasty breakfasts. We spent 12 nights and everything was OK.

  We had a great 2 night stay in July 2013. Sanyin the landlord, who lives upstairs from the apartment, provided great service from the time he picked us up at the bus station. He says he does not always provide pickups, but we were glad he did, even though our bus was a little later than expected. (10 euro cost for bus station pickup, ~35 euro cost... co mówią ludzie » for his transportation back to the airport on our departure day). He was so friendly, and even a little like a father to us (we were two young women - We can't speak highly enough of the Apartments San and recommend it to anyone seeking top quality and spacious apartment accommodation. The hosts provide a cheery welcome and want guests to enjoy their beloved Split - nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to ensure guests enjoy all the comforts (and appliances) of home, with even a few complimentary drinks in the fridge.   I loved Apartments Familia for many reasons. The #1 reason were the owners Ankica and her husband. They picked us up at the bus station and helped us with our large suitcases - very hospitable and fun! Ankica was a great help to us by getting all the information on the ferries to the islands...greatly appreciated! I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers.   The view from our balcony on the front top floor (2nd floor) was excellent with views of the marina and Trogir old town. And was a short walk to the old town but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Nadia was extremely welcoming and amenable and certainly added to the enjoyment of our stay. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was just overall the best experience we had with accomodation in Croatia. We will definitely return.

  This was an excellent stay. When our flight was delayed and re-routed Tony stayed up and met us at 1:30 am at the bus station. The apartment was perfect and centrally located. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Tony and Jessica were the consummate hosts and strived to make our stay comfortable and made us feel completely at home.   If they have a room avaliable this is a must-stay place. My mother and I could not have been more happy with the place. The family who runs it is super friendly and communicates both via phone, text and whatsup! They help you with bags, recommend you places to go and have set up a real gem in the middle of everything. I truly recommend - The owner of the place and his son was not like staff. They were like friends already know us before. They spend their time and showed us city. It was great. Apartment is very big, comfortable, clean and very central. It was very kind for them fruit plate, welcome drink(one bottle wine) and some cakes. If I visit split again, this is my place. Thanks to Ivica so many times again for hospitality.
