Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! Everything was perfect!!! The room was very nice and clean with sea view. The staff friendly and good people. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments.
The location is 250 m to the copacabana beach, 2 min walk away from bus stop to the old town, and 5 min. walk from the street with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.
Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

Very nice, quiet location on the Lapad hill with great view to the old city 100 m away near the small church. Well equiped apartment (also wi-fi was available), suitable for families with children. Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. No outsode space, you wont find that in any old town locations in Dubrovnik, but the top floor is bright and sunny. Close to bars etc, but totally peaceful at night. -
The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

The old town was easily reached in 10 minutes by bus route 6 or 3. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the hotel looked brand new.
