Everything, it's wonderful, the sea view, the big rooms, the best hotel in town, not by location but by everything else. THE place to stay if you've got a car in dubrovnik. (If you dont it's not so far though) - Stayed at the Uvala, not the Splendid: the room was large and very nice. We also used the indoor swimming pool.

Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a drink and information on Dubrovnik. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise. Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -

We stayed here for 9 nights and loved every moment. The sea views over the Port are fabulous and many hours can be spent watching boats go by. The apartment in the Lapad area is close to 2 good swimming beaches, easy bus transport to the old city and good restaurants. Dragica is a wonderful host with excellent ideas of what to do along with extra treats and helpful advice. I would recommend a stay here while in Debrovnik.

The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).

Apartment was clean and the location was excellent, Dino was very easy to work with and he made suggestions on where to eat and the locations of the beaches. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!
