There for 5 days. Staff friendly and knowledgable, very helpful. Deanna exceptional. Room always very clean. No hot water but always luke- warm and in this temperature who needs hot water. Breakfasts varied every day. We had no problems with WiFi. Bar next door was noisey but music was typical Caribbean -happy, fun and easy to listen to. The bar is typical street corner - on first encounter it seems a dive. We went in every night and had a beer. By night two everyone wanted to shake our hands, .
wszystkie opinie » Very nice & clean. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to beaches & food & shopping. Very safe walking but if you are not a seasoned South American traveler you may want to stay at a luxury resort. Good price vs value. Cleaness, breakfast, it's close to the historical center but also supermarkets, restaurants and all kind stores. The personel was very attentive and helpful giving me different indications on how to move around and what to do. We only stayed here for one night when passing through Santa Marta, but it delivered everything we needed. Clean and modern hotel at a good price only a short walk from the centre, sea front and restaurants and bars. Good room and bed has flat tv and air condition. Is located in central area near of restaurant and sales. You can take some bus to go to nice beach. The staff are friendly, the location is good, near the center of town but on a nice tree-lined street, and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff really very friendly and helpful! They loaned me some money to pay for the taxi as I arrived since I run out of cash!. Nice simple room with quiet air conditioning and reliable WiFi. Good breakfast. It doesn't bother that much in the rooms, maybe less in the rooms at the end of the corridor. As other reviews note the bars just up the street from the hotel are loud, but the soundproofing is very good so this wasn't an issue. Hasn't hot water The noise generated for the preist at 6 AM only one day. But..... The room I had is a bit small but adequate. Bathroom needs a new showerhead and a toilet that refills more quickly. A couple Colombian pubs across the street were loud, but my room was very close to them and it didn't bother me at all...room seemed practically soundproof!. There are two bars outside, and the noise from them was terrible - the hotel's terrace wasn't useable because of this and it would deter me from booking again. The bar in the neighbourhood is quite loud. The rooms were quite simple and not decorated with a lot of "love". Comparing to cost of the hotel stay bathroom was poor. Hot shower questionable and very small sink does not make hotel with private bathroom that appealing. I was expecting little more for the price of the room.
