  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.   Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad.
