We thought the staff, Xiao wei and Gu jie, were excellent. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring.
It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

The situation in a very nice hutong, not touristy at all, very close to a nice and small market, close from the subway.. -

Great atmosphere and great staff - Beautiful courtyard residence in close proximity (walking distance) to the forbidden city and two parks. Very helpful and welcoming staff, completely fluent in English. No need to hesitate with your questions, you can trust their advice and recommendations.

Sam pokoj (tzn. nie liczac lazienki) byl w porzadku, choc troche glosne - po 7 rano praktycznie nie dalo sie spac z powodu ciaglego trabienia z ulicy. Blisko do dwoch supermarketow i niedaleko do metra. W pokoju byl czajnik, klimatyzacja i reczniki. Bylo w miare czysto (przynajmniej dopoki nie przesunalem lozka, pod ktorym byl straszny syf). -

personel naprawde przemily - I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing.
