I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general. It gave us the experience of slipping back in time. Most important was the human connection--the friendliness and graciousness of the staff. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park. The free parking for this downtown location is much appreciated and a huge selling point. The room was clean and comfortable. suite with kitchen with all new appliances even a Keirug coffee maker. I
stayed in a studio suite. Large clean washroom. I had a very good sleep.

Very large 1 bedroom suite felt like a home rather than a hotel room. Suite is well equipped with amenities and even the light switch/plug in placements seemed to be well designed (didn't need to crawl under furniture to find a plug or walk in the dark to turn off lights). Very helpful and friendly staff (except for room maid who seemed to be a hard worker and didn't like to speak or even say hello).
