The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I
returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set
down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes
were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. This is an amazing hotel which I would recommend to anyone I know needing accommodation in Vancouver. Absolutely fabulous. My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! - The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

Every thing. Easy 5 minutes to train or a nice 1/2hr walk to Downtown. Beautiful walk along the sea wall to Granville Island and it's markets. Shopping and eateries to suit all budgets close at hand.
The staff were superb. From the time we arrived until we checked out they could not have been more courteous or helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a pleasant bar and a serviceable eatery and is adjacent to multiple restaurants (particularly offering various Asian cuisines). The staff is very friendly.

beach is just a few minutes walk and you can join in with all the
Canadians out walking, jogging, riding bike (plenty available to rent).
Granville island markets are accessible too from a close by ferry for
$3.50 and buses no 5 and 6 to downtown stop outside the door. For $2.75
we caught the no 6 bus to the sky train that took us out to the airport
in 45 mins. Saved heaps in taxi fairs and was easy. Great affordable
place

Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage. The bikes were tagged with tickets which added to our piece of mind that they were secure. The staff was Amazing - Professional, Capable, Courteous. - the free drop off shuttle
