  I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... co mówią ludzie » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.
