I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we
checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good
things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient
and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. When checking in at the front desk, was
informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded
to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of

I like the Hyatt because it's close to Rogers Center, ACC, CN Tower etc. It is near fine dining and theater.
It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out

Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.
