  Location of the place, with the 23rd (and maybe also some other levels) overlooking Queen's Street and the new City Hall is simply fantastic. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts ... co mówią ludzie » of the U.of T. campus. Otherwise, it was the only place downtown Toronto below 120$ a night for a room with an individual bathroom. Staff, both at the - Location, location, location. And price. The hotel across the street is 3x the price of Chestnut. The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it.

  We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. The room was small but had everything we needed from a flat screen TV to a walk-in closet, it was really cosy - Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There were robes and slippers in the room. Cable TV with kid friendly channels. Host Alexandra was very friendly and accommodating. her husband carried my bag to and from the car.   Tahir is a very gracious host and from the moment I arrived I felt right at home. The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable and in walking distance of many restaurants and markets - as well as public transportation.
