  We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe.   The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity. It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water and catch the breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spotles - We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn! The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches.   Very nice hotel, great value. Just off the main street, full of restaurants/shopping/etc. Hotel was clean, stayed in the Sleepy Bear room, cute !! Staff were very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was basic but very good. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this location. - Price, location, staff, breakfast.
