The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -
