  Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests.   Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. - The fitness room, the Japanese restaurant and the pub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of.   We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The resort is located just by the lake and it has a very nice restaurant that has delicious foods with a reasonable price. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished.   The Quadra Island location is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and we found the restaurant pretty good. They cooked our salmon and it was fabulous.
