Love this hotel! everything was fantastic! The breakfast was filling and nutritional! Lots to offer for all ages! The service was impeccable! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing after two very hard days of working in the area! Freshness of facilitie...felt new. Liked the privacy of the parking lot. Felt very safe there...as in went for walk to Mcdonalds a few blocks away. after talking to front desk guy. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.

Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. -

I had a standard queen room. It was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and cleaned each day. The staff were very nice and helpful when needed. Also great location. -

We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -

It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

I liked the room set up. I loved that the kitchenette had an 2 burner induction stove, microwave, dishes and mini fridge. Some of the staff was helpful and friendly. The price was right for what we needed. -

The location was great.... close enough to the beach and city, but not as busy. We arrived late, after 10 pm and the staff waited for us and made sure we were settled in. There was a minor issue with the room, but Frank went out of his way to rectify it. Wonderful service and continental breakfast a bonus. Very comfortable stay and my young son enjoyed the pool and grounds. We plan to go back next year...

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

The pictures on the web site didn't do the hotel justice at all. The room was beautiful and well worth the money. I would recommend it to anybody. -
We had our own little area to sit out and enjoy the evening. Next door was a lovely restaurant with live entertainment that we also could enjoy.
