  Hastings House is a wonderful setting and beautiful historic site... very picturesgue and well located close to Ganges Harbour and the services provided there. - 1/view of grounds and harbor from patio was fabulous. 2/close proximity to town was nice. 3/architecture & overall landscaping were superb.

  Beautiful location on the ski hill. Would be perfect for skiing as the gondola is right out your back door. We were there in the summer and amenities were a bit scaled back. Great rooms and hotel staff was great. We were given a free upgraded room. - The decor was lovely. Complimentary coffee/tea is always good. Free underground parking.   We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniv. in our middle 70's. This was a bit more expensive than our fixed pensions would normally allow, but it was special. Unfortunately, my wife fell ill and was "down for the count" on the Sun. and Mon. of our stay. These were the days we had planned special meals in Tofino. Never happend. Right out of our room we could see the beach only about 50 steps from our balcony. A surfers paradise. The beach is well used by others which as a new surfer gives me comfort. the boardwalk close by gives you multiple areas for sunset watching every night. this resort is fairly basic (no pools or hot tubs etc) however, we could have stayed there another week for sure. Highly recommend this hotel.

  The room furnishings, the staff put extra coffee and milk in my room per my request. Very clean, well lit. - Staff at front counter wonderful. Restaurant very good.

  All hotel employees at the reception desk and the concierge Albert have been very nice to us and they have offered an outstanding service to make our stay very much enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned every day. Very cosy and comfy room. Perfect hotel location. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!
