I liked the friendly greeting I recieved from the staff on
arrival.Rhonda in housekeeping took special care that my room was well
provided. Satish, the manager was on top of everything and even drove me
into town on a particularly rainy day. The continental breakfast is more

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices.
The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful.
Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful location on the ski hill. Would be perfect for skiing as the
gondola is right out your back door. We were there in the summer and
amenities were a bit scaled back. Great rooms and hotel staff was great.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

Wow! The staff were down to earth, friendly and accommodating. They made
every effort to make us comfortable and were fantastically flexible when
our plans changed last minute. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! -

We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave
