I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

The staff at the desk were friendly. Our room was located above the entrance where the opening and closing of the sliding doors as well as the stamping of feet could be heard through the floor. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!

Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -
