The rooms were very nice, love the french doors to the patio, gives the room that special touch. Bathroom was good layout and very spacious. Rooms must be soundproof..no noise from other rooms. Rooms are very clean, no stains on carpets, beautiful linens. -

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

We staying for three nights in a room with a kitchenette. The staff were very accommodating...moved our elderly friends who were staying in a second floor room to a first floor room when they saw them having trouble negotiating the stairs. Room was clean...well stocked with dishes, etc. A little noisy because of the courtyard arrangement but certainly not a bother. I would certainly recommend this motel...good value for the money.

Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time -

Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Thanks Kevin!!! -

I was very happy with the location since it was my first time to Penticton and was easy to find. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.

We booked the kitchen suite which worked perfectly for our family of six. While we only stayed one night, we were very happy with the room. It held all of us nicely. It was good value for what we paid! There was even a pool and bbqs (we didn't use them, but they were there and well-maintained). The location was perfect, easy access to everything, and there was even a Tim Horton's across the street. We were grateful to walk into an already air-conditioned room at the hottest part of the day, too!
