  The staff at the hotel and spa were outstanding. I have never received this level of service in my travels. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no additional charge.   The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity. It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water and catch the breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spotles - We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn! The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches.
